When will I get my wig?

Shipping time is 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

 

Can I Change My Order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

How do I Get Updates About My Order?

Contact us through our email for order updates. Automatic emails are not sent, you must email us. Contacting through social media is not recommended because it may get lost/unseen.
