When will I get my order?

Shipping time is 3-5 business days after order has been processed. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

 

What is the processing timeframe for pre-orders?

Processing time is the time used to prepare your order before shipping. All preorders are custom-made and processed with care. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You will receive email updates along the way, including tracking details once your package is on its way!

 

Can I Change My Order?

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure ALL information are correct before checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 

How do I Get Updates About My Order?

Once order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will get tracking information in your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place order. Please ensure you enter the correct email address when checking out. Check your spam/promotions folder incase you don't see your emails. If you still can't see any emails, please feel free to fill out the contact form with your name and order number and i'll be sure to help you out. 

 

How do I know my head size?

Using a measuring tape to measure your head size, use this chart as a reference to determine your correct head size for a secure and comfortable fit for your wig.
